APM’s Planning Guide Authors at Project Challenge

The Association for Project Management will be at Project Challenge this autumn and representing them in the seminar zone, will be Paul Kidston, head of project control at Taylor Woodrow and Simon Taylor, head of planning for HS2.

Paul and Simon will be presenting on Better Planning Makes Better Projects. They were involved in APM’s Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Control guide and will be discussing their involvement with the book. This guide bridges the gap between planning practice and theory and is aimed at project staff with all levels of experience.

Their presentation will take place at London Olympia on day two of the event, Wednesday 7th October at 12:30pm. They will also be looking at how projects can be influenced by good planning and controls and what can go wrong when this is neglected.
