Keto Software, in association with Project Institute Helsinki, publish PPM White Paper

Keto Software have just launched a research project with Project Institute Helsinki to explore some common difficulties around PPM.

The paper showcases real-world feedback on the issues that are affecting PMOs by allowing practitioners to vote in an online poll. Keto will be using this intelligence to inform their product development over the next year and signposting some of their clients that have faced similar issues, such as Kone, Tata Steel and Danfoss.

The paper includes case study sections on:

  • KONE share how they have implemented complex IoT projects, combining Agile software development and Artificial Intelligence inside a traditional Waterfall project.
  • Tata Steel show how creating a truly innovative Agile organisation requires openness and transparency by actively searching out new ideas.
  • The Danfoss case study looks at how the industrial group has been improving resource pool utilisation and project throughput predictability using PPM metrics in a product development setting.
  • Medical devices specialist Serres share how they have been able to ditch Excel spreadsheets in favour of a more streamlined approach.
