A guide to Integrated Baseline Reviews

An integrated baseline review is the process of performing a technical and schedule review, in order to establish a balanced understanding of the project’s planning maturity. An IBR will review the project management plan, the methods and metrics used to measure contract performance and progress, the management control processes operating during the project’s execution, the technical merits of the schedule, and finally the risks associated with the baseline.

During this session, we will explain the roles and responsibilities of those involved, the steps required before and after an IBR, as well as the preparation and execution of the review itself.
