Change – it isn’t a soft science!

Change shouldn’t be chaotic it should be based on good data and the integration of many parts of the project including the communication plan and the training intervention.

Explosive Learning Solutions have been involved in a number of change initiatives where the link behind data, the communication plan and the training programme have been critical to the success of the initiative. This talk will explore some of the ways these links have been fused together and link them back to theory such as Cath’s favourite Kotter “The Penguin Man”.
