How much change management is too much?

Projects have been and will continue to be the vehicle in which change has been delivered. Of late, there has been a tendency to throw Change Management activities the way of the Project Manager – whether they are wanted or understand the responsibilities – leading to mixed results.

In this session, Paul Clavering of the Change Management Institute, will discuss the skills vital to help projects be more successful in delivering changes to the recipients of projects. Paul will consider the critical skills and give examples about how Project Managers can develop these skills and find practical ways to implement them.
