Transitioning from Project Management to Change Management – A Case Study

Liberty Speciality Markets (LSM) is a fast paced, growing global (re)insurer with an ambition to deliver a high degree of strategic change. LSM needed to do something different from the classic project delivery method if they were going to meet this ambition. In short, they needed to ensure they didn’t just deliver projects anymore, but deliver long lasting behavioural change that delivered real business value.

However, it wasn’t easy to transition to new ways of working overnight (i.e. Agile & Change Management) and this case study will discuss some of the approaches taken, the hurdles encountered and some of the solutions still being tried and implemented to jump them.
